Camping Camp On-site at the Balloon Festival

Interested in camping at the Balloon Fest?  

We are now taking reservations for camp sites. As there is a very limited number of camping sites available, campsite reservations are a first come first served. We will notify on facebook when camping sites are full.

Please review the map of the campground, the sites are consecutively numbered.


Camping Rules:

CAMP SETUP HOURS –  Friday, September 1nd: 9:00am – 3:00pm Campers which arrive after 3:00PM on Friday will be turned away as the festival opens at 4:00PM. IF you are late, there will be no refunds. Please arrive early! Note: there are NO pull through camp sites. 
DEPARTURE – Campers must depart before Noon on Monday September 4th.
OVERSIZE CAMPERS – RVs must fit on the 25’x 45’ camp site.
PETS – No pets. Please leave your pets at home.
QUIET HOURS – 11PM to 6:30AM All gas/diesel generators must be turned off by Midnight. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS!
VEHICLES – No ATVs, Golf Carts, Mopeds, Bicycles, Skateboards, Scooters or any other similar devices are allowed with the exception of those permitted for handicap transportation are allowed. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed and impounded. Harvard Balloon Fest accepts no responsibility for illegal vehicles which may be impounded.
PARKING – No parking except in designated parking lots or on your designated camp site. You are permitted to have 1 vehicle on your campsite. If illegally parked anywhere, your vehicle may be towed and impounded with a fine. Harvard Balloon Fest is not responsible for vehicles towed due to illegal parking.
LIABILITY – Every campsite must be registered to an 21+ year old adult that will accept responsibility for the campsite. If you are evicted from the site for any reason, you will not receive a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL – You are camping in Milky Way Park, a City of Harvard Park. Alcohol consumption may only be consumed in the Festival Beer Tent/Beer Garden. Under Age Drinking will NOT be permitted in Milk Way Park on the event grounds-anyone found participating in or contributing to underage drinking will be brought to the attention of law enforcement personnel, and will be evicted from the grounds immediately without refund.
TRASH DISPOSAL – Please tie and bag all personal and campsite trash and put them into the designated dumpster. Campsites which have trash on them may result in eviction. You will be charged a $50 cleanup fee for campsites left with trash.
CAMPFIRES – Open flame fires are NOT permitted. No Campfires. Charcoal and propane BBQs are ok. You MUST have a metal receptacle for your used charcoal to prevent fires and damage to the park grass. DO NOT dump charcoal on the ground!!!
NO SOLICITATION – No solicitation, including by not limited to: food, beverage, merchandise, and entertainment. Unauthorized selling of items will result in seizure of merchandise, eviction, and possible prosecution. The DO’S AND DON’TS The following are permitted: Charcoal or gas/propane BBQs Generators (turned off at quiet hours) One Vehicle Per Campsite.

Ground Fires Wood-Burning Fires Glass Bottles/Containers Weapons Cruising Fireworks Live Music Performances Swimming Pools Dance Floors Staging/other structures ATV’s Golf Carts Mopeds Bicycles Skateboards Roller Blades On Site Soliciting Grounds for Eviction Harvard Balloon Fest reserves the right to evict any persons on the grounds of but not limited to: Garbage-filled campsite Drinking and driving Alcohol consumption outside of designated area Excessive noise Unauthorized sale of food, beverage or merchandise on site Harvard Balloon Fest reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person without refund who is violating local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by staff.
